AGREEMENT-SALE OF FUNGIBLE GOODS-DIVISION REQUIRED
The parties intend that [Quantity] of [Type of goods], located at [Address of Storage], [City of Storage], [State of Storage], shall be transferred to buyer, but the transfer shall not occur until there has been a withdrawal from the storage of seller of the quantity purchased by buyer, the quantity withdrawn has been measured by seller, and the measurement is approved by buyer as constituting the quantity purchased by buyer under this agreement.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
